GenSend Social Campaign Summer 2025

For Summer 2025, GenSend launched a nationwide campaign to highlight its collegiate mission teams serving in cities across North America. These students partner with church plants to live on mission through evangelism, discipleship, and community outreach.

My goal was to create a campaign that felt fun, bold, and distinctly summery, while still honoring the deep impact and spiritual focus of each student’s experience. The designs needed to engage a Gen Z audience on social media while celebrating the heart behind GenSend’s mission.

I developed a vintage travel postcard-inspired look, with layered textures, retro type, and bold color palettes—each location feeling like its own visual stamp on the summer.

Key features:

  • Custom stamp-style icons for each city GenSend students served in (e.g. Portland, Puerto Rico, Montreal, NYC, etc.)

  • Bold, blocky typography overlays reminiscent of 1950s postcards

  • Grain textures, sun-faded gradients, and paper overlays to bring a tactile, analog feel

  • A flexible social media template system for updates, takeovers, photos, and reflections
